How protection works

Android uses an on-device VPN, while Windows applies local system blocking rules. Neither version routes your browsing traffic through a remote VPN server.

Sign in, choose what to block, then approve Android's VPN connection prompt.

Because Decipler is installed outside Google Play, Android may ask you to confirm the source before continuing.
